No Suits, Just Standards

Whether you’re looking for a career or bringing your own crew, we only work with the best.

At Radelli Designs, we create outdoor living environments that demand precision, passion, and craftsmanship. We're not just looking for workers, we are a team of elite professional who take pride in their work and stand behind what they build.

If that’s you, we want to hear from you.

Core Values:

  1. Ownership, it’s non-negotiable
We don’t blame weather, the client, or the crew. If it went sideways, we own it. No excuses. Accountability is the backbone of this company, and problems get solved when people step up instead of pointing fingers.

  2. Leadership, at Every Level
Leadership isn’t given, it’s taken. Everyone here is a leader, regardless of rank. If you see a problem, you solve it. If you see a gap, you fill it. Humility and action define our leaders.

  3. Stay Humble
Arrogance is weakness. Confidence only works when paired with humility. We stay sharp by staying teachable. Feedback is fuel, and pride doesn’t get in the way of growth.

  4. Move Fast, Adjust Faster
Speed matters but precision evolves. We make small decisions fast and correct course with agility. Mistakes don’t get buried, they get fixed. Pivoting is a strength.

  5. Earn It, Every Day
Trust, Listen, Respect, Influence and Care. You give these to earn them back. We build relationships through consistent action, meaningful touch points, and setting the example, on and off the job.

  6. Grit, A Gut Check Mentality
Tenacity, Fortitude, Drive. Whatever you want to call it but you need to have it. We embrace the suck. When it get’s hard, we lean in. You’ll be pushed, and that’s by design. This is where we separate leaders from liabilities.

Purpose

To set the gold standard in luxury outdoor construction by building a team that leads from the front, solves problems without excuse, and delivers elite work without compromise.

Build With Us

Who We Are:

Radelli Designs is not your average pool builder, we operate at the highest level of craftsmanship, creativity, and execution. We build ultra high-end environments, and we don’t cut corners. Our clients expect excellence. Our team delivers it. We are a Team not a family, we don't owe each other anything. We only want A players who thrive under pressure, take extreme ownership, and move with precision. If you need constant hand-holding or shy away from accountability we are not a good fit.

  • You’re street smart and job-site sharp. You know how to read plans, talk to people, spot sloppy work from the other side of the yard, and handle high-expectation homeowners with confidence.

  • You don’t make excuses. You own results.

  • You’re looking for a long-term role in a company that’s going somewhere and you're not afraid to lead from the front.
