Drowning in questions? Here are some of the ones we’re most commonly asked.

How much will my pool cost?

Our standard Pool & Spa packages start around $80k. Our larger projects that have a high degree of complexity average anywhere from $150k and up. But remember, every pool and structure is different so pricing can vary with size, equipment, material changes and other factors.

What is the pool warranty?

We believe in the longevity of our swimming pools and build them to last as long as you own it. With that being said, as a standard we warranty the structure of our pools for as long as you, the original owner, own it. If anything were to arise, simply submit a warranty request and our warranty team will contact you to schedule a meeting. We also include a material workmanship installation warranty for 1 year from the day we plaster and install equipment that includes a 3 year manufacturer warranty.

Am I able to view any current projects under construction?

Absolutely, feel free to ask your sales representative for a Project Tour and our sales team will coordinate with our current customers to obtain any permissions needed to access these projects. We can also provide referrals and contact information from previous and existing customers of ours to validate their experience in building with us.

Is there a consultation or design fee?

Depending on the project scope of work or your vision, it depends. For our standard pool & spa backyards we waive the design fee. For our more complex custom jobs we require a $1,000 deposit, which is applied to your total contract price if you choose to build with us. If you choose to build with another builder then we release the complete set of construction plans and design file to you.

How long does construction take?

Let's address the elephant in the room. Between COVID-19, supply chain disruptions, freezes, boats stuck in canals and well, the workforce... Construction projects all across the world from residential/commercial building to swimming pools have seen their fair share of delays. Material, Labor & Equipment shortages still impact us to this very day. The difference at Radelli, is we do our best to prevent these delays by having multiple processes and systems set in place to be proactive as possible. We have a detailed procurement schedule that includes ordering all of your equipment as early as excavation. We use up to date technology that makes our entire construction process transparent at the tip of your fingers through an App that you can install on your phone. We have contingency plans set in place to ensure any delays are immediately addressed and we even have an in-house labor team that is solely dedicated to keep the project on schedule. So, to answer the original question our normal pool construction completion runs around 12 weeks from Excavation. Size of the project, material availability and complexity can add time in, and since we are 100% outdoors when we build, we’re at the mercy of the elements, so inclement weather will slow down the process.

Do you handle city or county permits?

Yes, in our proposal and pricing we include all associated fees for each city or county that is involved. This will also include all inspection items and the actual filing of permits.

What is the payment schedule and do you offer financing?

We do not offer financing. However, we work with lenders such as Frost Bank, Lyon Financial and others to help you finance your dream backyard! Our payment schedule consists of a $5,000.00 deposit due at contract, followed by 4 draws through out the construction process. Beginning with Excavation, Gunite, Decking and a final draw at Plaster.
